#Kudos go out to Alex Anderson, a kindergarten teacher at Hunt A+ Arts Elementary School.
Courtney Jungers said, "Alex is a very positive and caring teacher who goes above and beyond for her students. She puts in countless hours before and after school to make amazing things happen in her classroom. Alex does not seek recognition but is very deserving. She is a wonderful colleague and friend. Staff and students are lucky to work with her. Alex is a fantastic teacher who is always willing to learn and share. Keep up the fantastic work!"
Congratulations, Alex!
#Kudos go out to Haylee Jansen, first-grade teacher, and Brogan Gough, interventionist, at Liberty Elementary School
A grateful colleague said, "Before school started this fall, two of our students were in a car accident. It was a tragic event and lives were lost. One of our students was critically injured and has been in the hospital facing a very challenging recovery. Mrs. Jansen and Mrs. Gough have spent many hours with this student to help them keep up with school while healing. Mrs. Jansen reached out to the hospital to see if the student could have visitors, and since then, she and Mrs. Gough (along with other amazing Liberty staff members) have visited this student one to two times per week. Mrs. Jansen and Mrs. Gough have delivered comfort items, read stories, and recently even took the student for a walk outside in a wheelchair. With the generosity and support of Liberty staff, Mrs. Jansen even brought snacks and gift cards to the nurses taking care of our student as a thank-you for all their hard work. These two continually go above and beyond simply for the love of our students. This student truly looks forward to these visits each week! Thank you, Haylee and Brogan, for making such a profound impact in our students' lives!"
Congratulations, Mrs. Jansen and Mrs. Gough!

Randi Smith said, "Samantha does a really great job in the title position. She communicates well with others and makes sure everyone has what they need and when they need it. Ms. Ubben is a team player and supports teachers when in need."
Congratulations, Samantha!
#Kudos go out to George Gengler, a bus driver.
A grateful parent said, "On September 30th, the bus driver for East High's marching band competition in Brandon, SD was so great! Our daughter became overheated in the 93-degree heat and had to grab her backpack early off the bus so we could take her home. He turned on the air for her, offered her water, and asked if there was anything more he could do. It was so kind of him and we appreciated it!"
Thank you for going above and beyond, George!
